Underground Pizza opens 2nd location

Silver Spring, Maryland, has a new pizzeria. Underground Pizza opened last Saturday, according to a Bethesda Magazine report.

Underground Pizza plans to stay open on weekends at first for takeout, the magazine reports.

"We're just gonna do Saturday and Sunday, and then we're gonna do some limited weekends through the month, and then open with regular hours. We're just taking our time," owner Evan Weinstein told the magazine.

The pizzeria is considering delivery later this month and dine-in in a couple of months.

Underground Pizza started as a ghost kitchen before Weinstein opened a restaurant in Baltimore.
