Unique Pizza adds board member

PITTSBURGH — Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. has appointed Raymond L. Monroe to the company's board of directors. Monroe replaces former board member Richard Kimmins.
Monroe's commercial real estate company did site locations, feasibility studies and demographic profiles for some of the largest restaurant chains in the United States.
He has been a team owner and associated with Nextel Cup Series of NASCAR for 22 years and his company Monroe Marketing Inc. has done sponsor procurement for major NASCAR teams for more than 20 years.
