Unique Pizza signs $2 million franchise deal

PITTSBURGH — Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. has signed a $2 million deal structured to sell the rights to 115 Texas-based franchises.
The deal, with Unique Franchise Operations Inc., will be carried out over a period of two years in which UFO will make weekly payments to Unique Pizza and Subs. Unique Pizza also will sell each UFO franchise for a discounted fee of $17,500 instead of the normal $20,000 franchise fee because of the commitment for more than 100 locations.
