Uno Restaurant Holdings EVP resigns

BOSTON - Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., operator of more than 200 Uno Chicago Grill restaurants, announced that Robert M. Vincent, executive vice president and chief financial officer, has resigned to accept the CFO position at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.

A search for a replacement is underway and the company expects to fill the post within the next 60 days.
