Chicago Tribune: Ike Sewell, founder of legendary Pizzeria Uno of Chicago, probably would be surprised to see the lighter fare featured in the front of the menu at all but his two original locations. The 200-unit chain's signature deep-dish pizza has been relegated to the back by Uno's new owners. Even more puzzling is the computer in the front of the newer restaurants, where patrons can check nutritional information of all menu items.
