Unreasonable dismissal nets pizza driver $7,500

The Daily Record: An East Kilbride, England, delivery driver fired for smoking at the back door of a Domino's Pizza shop was awarded £4,000 (U.S. $7,500) when a judge ruled he was dismissed unfairly. Driver Joseph Boyle said no one told him he couldn't smoke behind the store.
