Upper Arlington Pizza Club opens in Ohio

Upper Arlington Pizza Club in Ohio has begun serving pizza after a grand opening earlier this month. The pizza concept is the brainchild of the owners of Old Bag of Nails Pub, where management has been testing pizza over the last two years, according to a 614 Now report.

Upper Arlington Pizza Club Supervisor Mimi Purdum says the pizzeria has been a long time coming.

"Over the last two years, we had select nights where customers at the Old Bag of Nails could test our pizza," she said.

The pizzeria has an Upper Arlington theme, paying homage to the town. It serves a Midwest-style pizza as well as a New York-style pizza, both made from family recipes.
