Vapiano franchisee to enter Dallas market

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Vapiano area developer and franchisee Tim McCallum will open the first of 10 planned restaurants in Dallas by April, the company has announced. The first restaurant will be located at Mockingbird Station.

McCallum hopes to open his second location by April 2010. He also has the option of expanding Vapiano in other major metro areas throughout Texas, including Austin and San Antonio.
