Via 313 recognized for gluten-free pizza

Via 313 has been named the nation's top gluten-free pizzeria in USA TODAY 10Best's 2025 Readers' Choice Awards, according to a press release.

Via 313's eight inch by 10 inch Detroit style pies can be built with dedicated gluten-free crusts. Dairy-free cheese is also available.

"Kudos to the teams in the kitchen and front of house who have raised the standards for what gluten-free pizza can be," Kiplan Welsch, president of Via 313, said in the press release. "Making a gluten-free crust that holds up to our toppings and stays true to the Detroit style takes attention to detail — this nod from USA TODAY reflects that work and the heartwarming support from our guests."

Via 313 has 25 full-service restaurants and two permanently placed trailers throughout Texas and Utah with more in the pipeline.
