Via 313 to open 1st location in Arizona

Via 313 Pizzeria will open a location in Tempe, Arizona, on June 26, according to a press release.

The Detroit-style pizza restaurant is situated on the footsteps of the campus at Arizona State University and within walking distance of Sun Devil Stadium and Desert Financial Arena. It's Via 313's 16th unit systemwide.

"Via 313 is proudly family-owned, and we can't wait to grow our pizzeria family with a city as great as Tempe," Brandon Hunt, founder, said in the press release. "With our previous locations, mainly throughout Texas, we've developed a cult-following among college students. We're excited to continue that tradition with ASU."

The brand will donate 25% of its opening day sales to the 100 Club, a non-profit organization supporting public safety in Arizona.
