Victim in pizzeria pistol-whipping to file lawsuit

MyFox Orlando: A man who said he was pistol-whipped after complaining about a calzone is filing a lawsuit against the pizzeria owner. The man, who doesn't want to be identified, said owner Joseph Milano hopped over the counter and hit him on the head with a loaded gun.
