Villa Italian Kitchen acquires 34 mall locations

Villa Enterprises announced it has opened 34 Villa Italian Kitchen restaurants in regional malls throughout the US. The units were acquired in April from Chicago-based General Growth Properties, Inc. and have been transformed into the 50-year-old Villa Italian Kitchen brand.

According to a news release, the 34 new mall locations total more than 27,000 square feet of commercial space and are located at:

• Altamonte Mall, Florida
• Galleria At Tyler, California
• The Park At Arlington, Texas
• Willowbrook Mall, Texas
• Cumberland Mall, Georgia
• Pembroke Lakes, Florida
• Staten Island Mall, New York
• Peachtree Mall, Georgia
• Colombia Mall, Missouri
• Governors Square, Florida
• Park City Center, Pennsylvania
• Visalia Mall, California
• Quail Springs Mall, Oklahoma
• Sooner Mall, Oklahoma
• Columbiana Centre, South Carolina
• Apache Mall, Minnesota
• Brassmill Center, Connecticut
• River Hills Mall, Minnesota
• Alderwood, Washington
• Market Place Shopping, Illinois
• The Maine Mall, Maine
• Florence Mall, Kentucky
• Tucson Mall, Arizona
