Villa Pizza, Cozzoli's Pizzeria get corporate R&D chef

MORRISTOWN, N.J.—Villa Enterprises, franchisor of multiple restaurant concepts including Villa Pizza and Cozzoli's Pizzeria, has hired Certified Executive Chef David Rosen to drive its research and development program.

According to a news release, Rosen has 30 years experience in the foodservice industry working with companies such as Aramark, Canteen, Manhattan Bagels, New World Coffee and Drake's Bakeries. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and a member of the Research Chef's Association and the Institute of Food Technologists.

"With the addition of Chef David to our team, we look forward to some exciting new menu additions for all our concepts," said Anthony Scotto, executive vice president of Villa Enterprises.
