Webinar to explore hiring, employee theft

On Thursday, Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. ET, Retail Customer Experience will host a live webinar, "Worth the Risk? How Hiring Assessments Can Catch Rising Employee Theft and Risky Candidates Before They Cost You."

With both hiring and employee theft on the rise in the service industry — 1 in 30 retail workers will be arrested for workplace theft — employers can't risk leaving hiring decisions to chance or "gut feelings" anymore.
