Westgate Resorts partners with Chuck E. Cheese for enhanced guest experiences

Westgate Resorts and Chuck E. Cheese have entered into a strategic multi-faceted technology and cross-brand marketing agreement aimed at expanding immersive gaming experiences for families. This collaboration will bring arcade innovations to Westgate Town Center and Westgate Vacation Villas Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, according to a press release.

A key component of this partnership is the upcoming Mystery Fun House Arcade Experience, set to open in Summer 2025 at Westgate Vacation Villas Resort. Powered by Chuck E. Cheese's arcade systems and expertise, this interactive space will feature two distinct Chuck E. Cheese-branded zones: "Chuck's Arcade," offering retro classics, and the "Chuck E. Cheese Fun Zone," a child-safe area with age-appropriate games and an active play area.

"We're thrilled to bring the magic of Chuck E. Cheese outside of our fun center walls and into the resort space," David McKillips, president and CEO of Chuck E. Cheese, said in the release. "This is more than an arcade — it's an evolution of the guest experience, where brands align to give families more reasons to play, sta-plus and create memories together."

The multi-year agreement also includes a robust co-marketing platform, allowing both companies to engage their loyal customer bases. Westgate Resorts, with over 400,000 timeshare owners, will offer vacation packages to Chuck E. Cheese customers, while Chuck E. Cheese, with more than 300,000 Fun Pass members, will provide discounted experiences to Westgate owners and WOW Loyalty members across its 500-plus locations. Westgate Resorts will also become the exclusive Vacation Ownership and Timeshare Partner of Chuck E. Cheese. To celebrate the partnership, a sweepstakes is running from June 30 to July 27, offering a chance to win a trip to Orlando.
