Whitbread denies sale of Pizza Hut stake to Yum!

CatererSearch.com: London-based hotel and restaurant operator Whitbread denied speculation it pulled out of its Pizza Hut franchise deal with American owner Yum! Brands. An industry insider, however, said Yum! reached a deal to buy out Whitbread in late June, a move the source said made sense for both sides.
