Wiseguy Pizza to open 6th location

Thompson Hospitality will open its sixth Wiseguy Pizza location. The restaurant, in Herndon, Virginia, will take over the company's former Big Buns D#*! Good Burgers space, according to a press release.

"We chose to transition from Big Buns to Wiseguy Pizza for several reasons. Our proximity to another Big Buns within just five miles led us to consider the opportunity to embrace the Herndon community even more fervently," Alex Berentzen, COO of Thompson Hospitality, said in the press release. "This strategic move aligns with our commitment to expanding our dynamic portfolio throughout the DMV region. We look forward to sharing Wiseguy's incredible offerings with the Herndon area."

The space will be mostly carryout only.

Thompson Restaurants owns and operates 15 beloved brands across more than 70 locations including Makers Union, matchbox, Hen Quarter, Milk & Honey and Wiseguy Pizza.
