Wolfgang Puck pizzas headed for grocer's shelves

MINNEAPOLIS — Famed chef and restaurateur, Wolfgang Puck, has partnered with Schwan's Consumer Brands North America to launch a line of Wolfgang Puck All-Natural pizzas to be sold at grocery stores.

 

According to a news release, the pizzas will be available in select locations nationwide in late September to early October.

 

The new pizzas combine Puck's culinary innovation, popular flavors and unexpected ingredients with artisan quality preparation. All feature Puck's honey-infused crusts that are hand-stretched and brushed with olive oil before baking. The resulting crispy center and random yeast-risen edges allow for naturally baked browning.

 

Flavors include Spicy Chicken, Four-Cheese, Barbecue Chicken, Margherita, Pepperoni and Cheese.
