Your Pie said it has partnered with customer experience improvement company, InMoment, to put that key operating component "at the forefront" of the pizza brand's growth efforts, according to a news release.
To this point, Your Pie has been using more traditional mystery shopping to pinpoint transactional areas for improvement, but will now use InMoment's platform along with real-time customer data and feedback to get a clear picture of diner sentiment and emotion. The data will allow the brand to see into the "moments that matter" for its customers.
The companies will use that information to create and prioritize what everyone from leadership and franchise owners, to frontline staff do to drive continual innovation, build better employee service delivery and create more modern and digital-based customer experiences.

Your Pie is based in Athens, Georgia and has more than 75 locations nationwide.
