Zpizza expands SoCal presence

zpizza will open its newest Southern California location at 2664 Griffith Park Blvd. in Silver Lake on Oct. 6. To celebrate the grand opening, the location is offering $1 slices all day on Oct. 8.

"My husband and I have lived in Southern California all of our lives so we have a deep understanding of what locals and families are looking for in terms of quality food choices," Silver Lake owner Jennifer Ehrencron said in a news release. "As long time fans of zpizza, we couldn't be happier to bring these delicious pizzas and other offerings to a community that values top-notch ingredients and superb taste as much as we do."

Ehrencron and her husband, Maurice Ehrencron, will oversee the new store, along with the help of Jennifer's sister and brother-in-law, Renee and Jason Imhoff.

zpizza has 16 locations in the US and three additional international stores.
