Straw Hat Pizza has made many changes in the past two years since celebrating its 50th anniversary. For starters, it spread its wings beyond California, expanding into a handful of other states with even more on the horizon. It also added to its core menu, threw in extra franchise incentives and redesigned its stores for a contemporary look.
