The staff of Xavier Dining, which provides food service for the university, is dedicated to meeting the various tastes of the Xavier community. Meal options on campus include all-you-care-to-eat dining at the Hoff Dining Commons or one of Xavier’s retail dining locations. As part of its efforts to improve foodservice offerings to students and increase its late-night dining options, the Xavier team is continually on the lookout for new products and technology. This case study details how Xavier University paired with Cincinnati-based Paline LLC to install the country's first Pizza ATM vending machine.
