Although restaurant operators are (hopefully) skilled at preparing great food and creating an outstanding customer experience, most aren't skilled at tasks such as designing websites, online ordering portals and creating mobile apps. Because of that, they often turn that task over to online order aggregators who may place their own interests ahead of the brand's.
If operators are doing that, though, they may be leaving a host of opportunities on the table, not to mention thousands of dollars in revenue.
