2018 Seattle Fast Casual Executive Summit: A whirlwind of wisdom, wit, wonderful venues

From stunning Chihuly art glass and the Space Needle to Chipotle's restaurant wisdom and samplings from the fast casual standouts of the Seattle food scene, the 2018 Fast Casual Executive Summit in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest metropolis was one not to be missed. 

The event just wrapped up earlier this month and drew hundreds of restaurant executives from all over the world to the Washington State city for three days of intense learning, more intense eating and drinking and some of the best networking opportunities available anywhere on the planet.
