Last week's prices for cheese and wheat moved little, while regular unleaded gas rose five cents. Natural gas prices also saw a significant increase.
Here's a glimpse at the market:
Block cheese prices averaged $1.74 last week on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, up a penny from the previous week.
Prices were $1.71 Monday, 1.72 Tuesday, $1.75 Wednesday, $1.78 Thursday and $1.75 Friday.
Wheat averaged $5.70 last week on the Minneapolis Grain Exchange, up five cents from $5.65 the previous week.
Wheat closed at $5.80 Monday, $5.82 Tuesday, $5.67 Wednesday, $5.62 Thursday and $5.61 Friday.
The nationwide average for regular unleaded gasoline is $2.80, up five cents from the previous week's average of $2.75, according to AAA and the Oil Price Information Service.
Mid-range unleaded came in at $3.00, an increase of four cents from the week prior, while premium unleaded rose to $3.19, up five since from last week.
The nationwide average for diesel fuel is $2.86, down a penny from last week.
Prices of natural gas at most market locations increased over the report week. The Henry Hub spot price began the week at $2.64/million British thermal units (MMBtu) and ended the week at $2.92/ MMBtu.
At the New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex), the July contract rose from $2.634/ MMBtu to $2.891/MMBtu.
Shares in Pizza Hut parent Yum! Brands Inc. closed at $91.11 Friday, an increase from $90.55 the previous week.
Domino's finished last week at $112.29, up from $109.87 the previous week. DPZ hit a new 52-week high of $114 in late April.
Papa John's finished at $70.56 Friday, up from $69.50 the previous week. The company's 52-week high is $71.75, reached last week.
Papa Murphy's turned in at $19.68 Friday, up from $17.51 the previous Friday. FRSH's new 52-week high came in at $21.67 today and its low at $8.08 this year.
