Any pizza brand leader knows that this particular restaurant category is a fiercely competitive, but now game-maker, Hasbro, has released a product that allows you to practice the art of the pizza deal during all that spare time you have.
That's right, for about $20 you can get your hands on the ultimate pizza restaurateur exercise machine, Monopoly Pizza. This newest version of the age-old game of financial wizardry and business-building is on the market, according to a story on Insider, with all the features any game-playing prodigy already knows, only in this version, pizza replaces properties.
The company said the game works by having players work to buy as many pizza variations possible to move around the box, I mean, board. Instead of the old standard that has players buying those red and green houses, a.k.a. properties, Pizza Monopoly plains work to collect pizza types, represented by color sets. A full set of flavors equal a pizza and at the end of the game, the player with the most slices win, which metaphorically speaking, is kind of like real pizza brand operation, huh?
The game comes, of course, in a pizza box with player tokens like a pizza delivery bike, pizza cutter, pie on a tray and cheese shaker. Unfortunately, nothing in this version of the game is edible, though the dog might disagree.
