John Meyers joined Marcos in January 2020 and currently serves as our Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he leads the FP&A, Marketing Analytics, Operations Analytics and Business Intelligence team. Meyers is passionate about finding ways to leverage insights that drive sales and profitability for the system. Meyers has a Bachelors in Economics from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Lauren holds a Master's degree in Community Sustainability specializing in decision-making about waste, and a Bachelor of Science's degree in Environmental Economics and Policy with a specialization in Environmental Studies and Applications-- both degrees from Michigan State University. In addition to her distinguished career, she also has a hobby business creating new clothing from old t-shirts called Remark Clothing.
A serial entrepreneur, Amir specializes in growing big data and cybersecurity businesses, most notably at NICE Actimize where he grew the business 10x to a $200M revenue run rate, and as co-founder of Cyota which he sold to RSA Security. Amir holds an MBA from Columbia University and has been acknowledged as a Top 50 SaaS CEO.
After serving our country as a US Army Medic, Michael Plummer, Jr. returned to the family business (Our Town America - the nation's premier New Mover Marketing franchise started by his father in 1972) in 2001 to work in the IT department. 15+ years later, Plummer now leads the business as its CEO and CTO - using his extensive technology/data experience to make Our Town America the savviest analytical player in the industry.
