Paul Katsch is the CEO of Rezku, a restaurant technology platform built for independent and multi-location operators. A lifelong serial entrepreneur who has owned 36 businesses, Paul previously operated a 300-seat farm-to-fork restaurant in Virginia, where he combined his passion for hospitality with a commitment to innovation. Merging his expertise in technology with firsthand industry experience, he now works closely with restaurant groups across the U.S., helping them use technology to grow, streamline operations and protect margins.
