Analyst sees cheese prices back to $2.20 by Jan. '08

If analyst Peter Ullrich is right, these are salad days for cheese prices, pizza operators. Speaking at the eDairy Inc. Outlook Conference, held Aug. 28-29, in Chicago, Ullrich said he sees the Class III milk price matching its all-time high of $20.60 posted in May 2004. Anyone in business then recalls that dark spring, when cheese prices hit an all-time high of $2.20.
