Arrest in delivery-driver murder ruled proper

Daily Herald (Arlington Heights, Ill.): A judge ruled that police acted properly when they arrested Bradley M. Justice for the brutal beating and murder of a St. Charles, Ill., pizza delivery driver, killed as she pleaded for her life. DuPage Circuit Judge Robert Anderson ruled police acted properly when they arrested Justice after tracking him through the use of the slain woman's cellular phone.
