Asian cheese demand sends prices soaring in Australia

Sydney Morning Herald: Strong demand for Australian cheese in Asia has pushed up prices in Australia by twice the rate of inflation this year. Tim Hunt, senior dairy analyst at Rabobank, said the growing popularity of pizza and hamburgers in Asia is behind the increase.
