Giordano's pizza, based in Chicago, is celebrating the Cubs World Series appearance by offering one winner, drawn at random, a lifetime's supply of its Chicago deep-dished pies.
"We feel a bond with the Chicago Cubs," Giordano’s President and CEO Yorgo Koutsogiorgas, said in a news release about the promotion. "Giordano's and the Cubs are iconic Chicago brands, committed to serving the greater Chicago community while rooted in family. Both brands continue to build upon their strong and unwavering fan base."
The brand, which is "the pizza of the Cubs," is using the contest to promote online ordering at the chain since entry is allowed for all those who order online to the tune of $25 or more at giordanos.com and use the word, "CHAMPIONS" to check out their pies. However, a purchase isn’t stipulated since fans can also enter by visiting the brand's website.
