Atlanta pizzeria aims to be unique with hare and escargot toppings

Georgia State Signal: Piebar, a new pizzeria in Atlanta, is combining eccentric ingredients to create a unique event for diners. Escargot with wild mushrooms and parsley pesto, and hare with mole and cilantro are offered for patrons eager to move beyond pepperoni and sausage. This is the third restaurant venture for co-owners Bob Amick and Todd Rushing.
