Blast & Brew pours 15 sites into Phoenix

Pizza and beer chain Blast & Brew said in a news release that it plans to open up to 15 locations in Phoenix and is actively searching for franchisees there, as well as Scottsdale, Glendale, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert/Mesa and Goodyear.

The chain also recently announced 16 new deals to open sites in California and said that the Phoenix market expansion is part of the brand's overall growth strategy. Individuals interested need retail experience and the ability to invest $600,000 to $800,000. Blast & Brew locations require 2,000 to 3,200 feet of retail space, with patio, dine-in and carry-out opportunities.
