Blaze does deal for 10 in Dallas-Ft Worth

The husband-and-wife team will open 10 Blaze Pizza locations throughout Tarrant and Denton counties in the next five years, beginning with the first restaurant in Denton County, a news release said. The first location in their agreement will be in Denton County.

"We've been involved in the franchise industry for some time now, and being able to sign on with Blaze Pizza is a milestone in our career as multi-unit franchisees," Blazing Hospitality co-founder Prachee Patel, said in the release.  

The couple also owns a number of Tropical Smoothie Cafes, Bahama Buck's and Subways, as well as owning and managing more than 80,000 square feet of mix-use retail space in the metroplex, two liquor stores and three cellphone stores.Each Blaze restaurant features an interactive open-kitchen format with an open-flame oven. Since 2012, Blaze Pizza has grown to 300 restaurants into 42 states and five countries.
