Blaze enters multi-unit deal in around Chicago

Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza has partnered with multi-brand operators Elie Damouni, George Damouni, Nadim Burbar and Daniel Burbar to grow the brand around Chicago and nearby northwestern Indiana. A news release said the team is planning to add stores throughout the Illinois counties including DuPage, Will, Kankakee, Kane, McHenry and Lake, as well as Indiana counties Lake, Porter and LaPorte.

"When we were seriously considering our investment in Blaze Pizza, the two most important selling factors were the business model and the brand's size," Damouni said in the release. 

The eight-year-old brand now has more than 340 restaurants in 41 states and six countries.
