Blaze Pizza expands nationwide menu with refreshed salad lineup

Blaze Pizza is expanding its menu this week with a refreshed salad lineup at participating locations nationwide, featuring three new premium entrée salads and updated side options, said in a press release.

The new entrée salads, priced between $11.95 and $12.95, include the Chicken Chickpea Salad, The Chop, and Bacon Pesto Bliss. The items feature new ingredients such as chickpeas, pickled red onions, cucumbers, and freshly seasoned and roasted chicken, alongside upgraded preparation methods and new dressings. Each entrée salad is served with a warm flatbread made from daily pizza dough and baked in the company's signature ovens.

The rollout also introduces a refreshed Caesar Side Salad and Spring Greens Side Salad, customizable build-your-own salad options, and new compostable packaging designed for portability.

"We've taken a fresh look at our salad program from top to bottom, from ingredients and preparation to presentation and packaging, to create salads that are more flavorful, more satisfying and more aligned with what today's guests are looking for."

Based in Los Angeles, the fast-casual franchise was founded in 2011 and operates more than 250 restaurants across over 30 states and three countries.
