Colorado-based Borriello Brothers Real New York Pizza recently began franchising with a goal of brand expansion beyond the current nine stores.
As part of that plan, the company has federally registered its trademark and has drawn up a prototype restaurant design. Additionally, franchisees will go through a training program and receive a master recipe book to preserve consistency.
Borriello Brothers announced that it will implement the Revention POS system as it opens new locations. Revention has been a POS provider for Borriello Brothers since 2007.
The company has also implemented Revention's online ordering platform, HungerRush, as well as a Revention-created custom mobile app for the iPhone.
Since the first Borriello Brothers opened in 1999, the company has grown to nine stores with sales currently at $10 million in sales.
