January 29, 2007
DALLAS — Boston's the Gourmet Pizza has selected Children's Miracle Network (CMN) as its national charity partner for its annual Valentine's Day fundraiser featuring its one-of-a-kind heart-shaped pizzas.
According to a news release, the partnership allows Boston's to work with a well-known, national charity partner, while ensuring that each Boston's location is able to donate all proceeds raised directly to a CMN hospital in the nearby area.
From Jan. 29 to Feb. 14, Boston's will sell special paper hearts for a $1 donation. Patrons are encouraged to write Valentine's messages on the hearts, which will be displayed in its restaurants.
From Feb. 9 through Feb. 14, Boston's also will sell its popular heart-shaped pizzas and donate $1 per pizza sold to local CMN hospitals, along with the money collected from the paper heart sales. All heart-shaped pizzas are available for dine-in, takeout or delivery.
