STRANGE NEWS: No 'shots' fired in syringe robbery at pizzeria

The Australian: BRISBANE, Australia -- A man armed with a syringe robbed a pizza store in south Brisbane on Sept. 17.

Police said the man entered an Eagle Boys Pizza store at about 11:40 p.m., held up a syringe and demanded money. The staff complied and he escaped on foot.
