California Pizza Kitchen opens first Japan location

LOS ANGELES — California Pizza Kitchenopened its first location in Japan Sept. 26.

According to a news release, the 3,500-square-foot mall unit, located near Tokyo, seats 150 and is positioned next to the Kawasaki train station, which carries more than 700,000 passengers daily.

CPK has 197 total units.
