California Pizza Kitchen revamps app, gives special offers, rewards to customers

California Pizza Kitchen has revamped its mobile app and is offering features and exclusive perks to customers who download or update the free app on their mobile devices. Guests who download or update the free app will receive easier access to rewards, a pay-by-mobile feature for faster check out in-restaurant, new personalized CPK offers and access to exclusive weekly specials, according to a press release.
To celebrate the updates app, CPK is gifting members with weekly rewards through November 22. The exclusive offers include free menu items, bonus points and discounts for future purchases. The exclusive perks appear automatically in the app wallet allowing guests to take advantage of the offers immediately.
"We are always looking for new ways to enhance the CPK guest experience," Ashley Ceraolo, SVP of marketing at CPK, said in the release. "Our new app allows our loyalty members to not only enjoy our innovative California-inspired menu items, but also provides them with new easy-to-use features for more customization, faster payment, and exclusive access to special offers."
CPK operates more than 180 restaurants across 10 countries and U.S. territories.
