Caputo simplifies fresh mozzarella portioning with slices

MELROSE PARK, Ill. — As operators who use fresh mozzarella know, portion control can be challenging. So to simplify this sometimes-sticky matter, Caputo has developed Fresh Mozzarella Slices.
