Cheese, flour costs hit pizzerias

San Diego Union-Tribune: Jim DiMille, co-owner of DiMille's Italian Restaurant in Normal Heights, Calif., increased menu prices by 10 percent at the beginning of the year. Even with the increase, his food costs continue to rise because of price spikes for cheese and wheat.
