Chuck E. Cheese's founder developing chain for grown-ups

USA Today: Nolan Bushnell, the creator Atari and Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theater, is developing what can be considered a Chuck E. Cheese's for the older set. His new uWink Media Bistro chain, scheduled to open in Los Angeles in the fall before spreading nationwide next year, allows patrons to use a touchscreen console at dinner tables and bars to play games, order food, troll the Internet, play music and watch videos.
