Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza boosts school fundraising donation to 15%

IRVING, Texas — Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza announced it will increase its school fundraising donation program to 15 percent effective at all company locations starting this year. According to a regulatory filing, the company owns 462 of the chain's 507 units.
The school fundraising program is an event-based fundraiser in which elementary schools reserve an event Monday through Thursday between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Students receive free tokens and schools will receive all materials to help promote the fundraiser. Chuck E. Cheese's also gives participating teachers a free meal during the event.
