Co-defendant in collar-bomb case to plead guilty

Philadelphia Inquirer: A defendant in the 2003 bank robbery case that led to the death of a pizza delivery driver will plead guilty, his attorney said. Kenneth Barnes of Erie, Pa., will plead guilty to conspiracy to commit bank robbery and aiding and abetting the use of a collar bomb in the process.
 
Delivery driver Brian Wells was killed when the collar bomb he was wearing exploded.
