Phillyburbs.com: Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong, who is accused of planning a bank robbery that ended with the death of a pizza deliveryman, is competent to stand trial, a forensic psychologist testified this week.
Diehl-Armstrong and Kenneth Barnes were indicted last year on bank robbery, conspiracy and firearms charges in the August 2003 robbery that left pizza deliveryman Brian Wells dead after the collar bomb he was wearing exploded.
