Delivery driver kills would-be robber

KVIA-TV (Las Cruces, N.M.): A Roswell, N.M., pizza delivery driver won't face charges in the fatal shooting of a man accused of attacking him, police said. The driver, Dustin Eoff, said he was jumped by three men and beaten with a tire iron while trying to deliver a pizza to a Roswell apartment complex.
