Delivery driver: No charges in shooting death

Flint Journal (Michigan): A pizza delivery driver who shot and killed a would-be robber most likely won't be charged, according to prosecutors. Brian Williams, 48, shot and killed Corneilus D. Gainer, 24, last week after Gainer and another man allegedly robbed Williams while he was delivering a pizza.
